Before you can use Mail to access your email account, you must
configure the program with the correct account settings. The
easiest way to do this is to program your settings into the
“Internet Preferences Panel.” If you have already done this, you
can skip these setup instructions and view the other
configuration options below.
1.
Open the “Internet Preferences Panel.”
2.
Click the “Apple” menu
in the upper left corner of the screen.
3.
Click “System Preferences.”
4.
Click the “Internet” icon.
5.
When the dialog box appears, click the tab labelled “Email.”
